2. Educational Qualification:

General Duty (GD)Graduate degree from a recognized university. Must have studied Mathematics and Physics up to Intermediate or Class 12th. Candidates with a diploma followed by graduation must have studied Physics and Mathematics in their diploma.
Technical (Mechanical)Engineering degree in Naval Architecture/Mechanical/Marine/Automotive/Mechatronics/Industrial Production. Must have studied Mathematics and Physics up to Intermediate or Class 12th.
Technical (Electrical/Electronics)Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Computer Science/Information Technology. Must have studied Mathematics and Physics up to Intermediate or Class 12th.
