Eligibility

Age varies by batch: 02/2025 candidates must be born between 01 Sep 2004 and 29 Feb 2008, 01/2026 batch requires birth dates from 01 Feb 2005 to 31 Jul 2008 and 02/2026 candidates must be born between 01 Jul 2005 and 31 Dec 2008.SSR requires 10+2 with Math and Physics or 3 year diploma with 50% marks. MR candidates must have passed Class 10 with 50% aggregate marks. The eligibility criteria is for unmarried male and female candidates who meet physical fitness standards and are Indian citizens. All candidates must provide proof of domicile and clear medical examination.

How to Apply

Online application process starts at joinindiannavy.gov.in. Candidates need to click on Agniveer SSR/MR 02/2025 registration link and create an account with their personal details.

After logging in, fill up the application form and upload the required documents: passport size color photo, signature, educational certificates, Aadhaar card and domicile certificate. Select your preferred exam centre and review exam details and entry type (SSR or MR).

Examination Details

Exam lengths is a computer-based exam. SSR aspirants will answer 100 questions in 60 minutes and MR candidates will answer 50 questions in 30 minutes.

The exam will cover 4 subjects: English, Science, Mathematics and General Awareness. Questions will be based on 10th and 12th standard syllabus as per entry type. The exam has negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
